  • Built an event-driven integration with Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API to automatically send order confirmations, payment receipts, and generated PDF invoices with secure customer portal links.
  • Integrated ERP system with Diamond Trust Bank (DTB) and Safaricom Till Moja, building webhook handlers with signature verification to automate payment capture and ledger reconciliation.
  • Built a two-way sync between WooCommerce and Odoo ERP with real-time tax invoice fiscalization via the Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA) API, including retry logic for tax portal downtimes.
  • Engineered a POS management system with role-based permissions, manager approval controls for discounts/refunds, and real-time stock locking to prevent overselling.
  • Developed hospital and clinic management workflows covering patient intake, doctor scheduling, machine/room allocation, and multi-department billing in PostgreSQL.
  • Built a location-based task management engine in Python and PostgreSQL that validates field team check-ins and check-outs using GPS boundaries.
